All staff will check themselves daily before work, and will not come to work if they have tested positive for COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19.
All customers will be asked about symptoms of COVID-19 before visiting our studio.
We will space appointments to avoid crowded waiting rooms and long waits.

Artists must and will wear face-masks, face shields or goggles, and follow other infection-preventing gear when working on a customer.

What we are asking of you
Please arrive alone (no exceptions, unless disabled)
In order to adhere to social distancing protocols, we are no longer offering a waiting area— please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early, you will be asked to leave and wait in your car or outside. If you wait outside, you must continue to maintain safe social distancing from others.
In addition to our standard consent forms, you will be asked to fill out a health screening questionnaire within 24 hours of your appointment, as per the SF health directive.
Please come freshly showered and in a clean set of clothes.
Face coverings are required during your entire visit. We can provide a mask for you if you do not have one of your own.
Practice social distancing while inside our space, maintaining a 6 foot distance from other patrons and personnel. Please don’t congregate or gather around other artist’s stations.
Keep your belongings to a minimum. We will ask you to disinfect your phone and hands upon arrival. We will provide you with a sanitized compartment to store your belongings during your session.
After Care:
DAYS 1 – 3:
We recommend keeping the bandage on for 3 to 5 hours or wash the tattoo first thing in the morning and 2 to 3 more times per day for the first two days.
You should use Cetaphil cleanser or another unscented cleanser or soap like Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap.
After you have cleaned your tattoo, apply a LIGHT coat of H2Ocean or Aquaphore.
Avoid Aloe Vera; it dries out the skin and will make your tattoo heal poorly. Also avoid scented lotions, cleansers, etc.
If your tattoo gets covered with a Second Skin product, please leave the film on for up to 48 hours and follow same instructions.
It's recommended to take any kind of bandage off with running warm water.
DAYS 3 – 4:
Apply H2Ocean Cream or Lotion liberally throughout the day. Short showers are OK!
DAYS 5 – 15:
Apply cream or lotion as needed. Do not peel, scratch, or rub. If it feels itchy, you can slap your tattoo, this will relieve it somewhat. Remember tattoos take approximately 1 – 3 weeks to heal completely. Be kind to your tattoo, and it will be kind to you!
DURING THE TWO–WEEK HEALING PROCESS:
Do not use oily products such as Vaseline, or Neosporin on your new tattoo.
Do not use Aloe Vera or scented lotions.
Do not swim, sauna, or soak (shower OK).
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Absolutely no picking!
